The joyous response to one very tiring afternoon.
We have to first give a huge thanks to the Rose Family for allowing us to graciously steal their playground. And, a very big THANK YOU to the Bishops, whom without their immense help (and the trailer) this theft could not have been completed. We looked something like the Army Corp of Engineers as we orchestrated a plan to remove the playground from one home and rebuild it at our home. It took hours, it brought with it lots of rain, and in the end, shiny happy people.
Here is the finished product. We are looking at getting a pirate wheel (if you have not seen Katie-Anne and her "What aaaaaare you doing" you might not understand) and a cool telescope. We may have to invest in a new cover, but other than that, it is great. We have also called about sand but not sure when that might happen. It has already been the source of great fun, good times and one big bruise.

This is the little devil...I am sure you can all see the resemblance. (to Beelzebub) Really, he is a cutie...and we still cannot believe he is about to turn 3. How on Earth is that possible? I did take out the picture of him watering our pumpkins...anyone want some presalted pumpkin seeds?
Below is Katie-Anne in the "pretty yellow flowers." With all of the rain the flowers/weeds have now outgrown our kids. Buddy system.

scene from Blair Witch, thought it does resemble the scariest moment in movie history. Gracie is, in fact, doing her homework...I only point that out because of the great parenting going on here. Holiday. Long weekend. Still high expectations. Watch for our next book entitled..."How the heck do you actually try to raise three kids." Each copy sold comes with a hot dog squeegeed.
Have a great rest of the weekend, don't forget to tip your waiter watch your water around kids. (you never know what they backwashed into it)
