Santa Fe

Katie-Anne is taking lessons from Amy, and is becoming quite the chef. You should, when in town, try her concoctions...or at least share a bowl of cereal with her. She loves cleaning, cooking and just about everything else right now...quite a funny girl.

This railroad crossing is our first picture on our way to Santa Fe. The kids love trains, so we thought they might like this...look at the clouds...a true sign of things to come...as you will see.

Then, the snows came. We drove through some snow, but mostly a bit of rain. We arrived and had a late dinner (after American Idol, of course) and when we got back to the hotel it started really coming down.

And it kept coming...Santa Fe is a great town to walk around (the Plaza, Capitol, etc.) but the snow and cold kept us quite limited...

The Black Pearl, covered in the white stuff...Captain Jack might not approve...of course we left the 4-wheel drive at home...

the windmills are just outside of Corona...a great trip, but too short and too cold and white.
